Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to enhance qubit stability and coherence
- Lead experimental research on superconducting and photonic quantum computing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical models into practical implementations
- Author peer-reviewed publications and present findings at international quantum conferences
- Drive innovation in quantum software development frameworks and toolchains
- Mentor junior researchers and interns in quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep expertise in quantum mechanics, quantum information theory, and linear algebra
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit design methodologies
- Track record of publications in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex quantum system optimization
- Experience with low-level quantum hardware control and calibration systems
