Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Develop novel quantum error correction protocols to enhance qubit coherence and fidelity
- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype and validate quantum circuits on next-gen processors
- Lead cross-functional research projects translating theoretical models into practical quantum applications
- Author groundbreaking publications in top-tier journals and present at global quantum conferences

- Secure external funding through NSF and DoE grants to expand quantum research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of quantum research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit optimization
- Published record in quantum computing or related fields (Nature/Science/IEEE journals)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and complex probabilistic systems
