Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for computational optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stability enhancement

- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Secure and manage quantum computing research grants with federal agencies

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Proven track record of published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and complex systems
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments and parallel processing
- Ability to secure and manage federal research grants (NSF, DOE, DARPA)
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
