Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead research on quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant architectures

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum mechanics, quantum information theory, and quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and Python
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and complex analysis
- Experience with quantum hardware integration and quantum circuit optimization
- Record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing or related fields
