Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical industrial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into existing cloud infrastructure
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier scientific journals and conferences
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Collaborate with AI researchers to hybridize quantum-classical machine learning models
- Secure research grants from government agencies and private foundations

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing experience with superconducting or ion-trap systems

- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
