Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead experimental validation of quantum hardware prototypes at cryogenic temperatures
- Develop error-correction frameworks for 1000+ qubit systems
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to create hybrid quantum-classical pipelines
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science and secure patents
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum education initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier journals/conferences
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Ability to translate theoretical concepts into experimental prototypes
