Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead experimental research on quantum error correction techniques
- Develop novel qubit architectures using superconducting and photonic systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of research experience
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and photonic quantum processors
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum applications
