Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning

- Publish peer-reviewed papers and present findings at top-tier conferences (QIP, APS March Meeting)
- Develop quantum simulation frameworks for classical-quantum hybrid computing
- Secure patents for novel quantum methodologies and system architectures
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum literacy initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum specialization
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum hardware
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in classical simulation tools (Qiskit Aer, Cirq) and HPC environments
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and statistical mechanics
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Demonstrated ability to secure competitive research funding
