Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications
- Optimize quantum error correction codes for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum processor integration
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum machine learning
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum computing education

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published work in quantum information science or related fields
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and statistical mechanics
