Responsibilities
- Design and develop novel quantum algorithms for practical applications in optimization, cryptography, and machine learning
- Lead experimental research on quantum hardware systems and error correction methodologies

- Publish groundbreaking research in leading scientific journals and present findings at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the development of quantum computing curricula

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, and quantum hardware architectures
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed quantum computing research
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ) or superconducting qubits
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding and manage complex experimental projects
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex quantum concepts for diverse audiences
