Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Lead qubit coherence research to achieve 100+ microsecond stability targets
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum error correction protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for commercial applications
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at quantum computing conferences
- Contribute to 2026 product roadmap for quantum advantage solutions
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or qubit control
