Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to enhance qubit stability and computational fidelity
- Lead cross-functional research projects integrating quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Publish findings in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, Quantum) and present at international conferences
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to translate theoretical models into practical implementations

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of quantum research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of developing quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Deep understanding of quantum information theory, many-body systems, and decoherence
