Responsibilities
- Lead R&D for quantum algorithm optimization targeting 2026 deployment milestones
- Develop novel error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into practical implementations
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, Quantum)
- Secure federal and private quantum research grants (DOE, NSF, DARPA)
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
