Responsibilities

- Develop quantum-resistant security protocols for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with government agencies and Fortune 500 partners on national quantum initiatives
- Mentor junior researchers and establish lab protocols for quantum error correction
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of quantum research experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, Qiskit, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with high-performance computing environments and parallel processing
- Strong background in machine learning and classical algorithm optimization
