Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Conduct advanced research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for practical applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit implementations
- Publish findings in leading scientific journals and present at international conferences
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating quantum solutions with classical systems
- Secure research funding through grant proposals and industry partnerships

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or theoretical physics
