Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional projects with AI and blockchain specialists
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development
- Present findings at international tech conferences including IEEE Quantum Week
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published papers in quantum information science or equivalent contributions
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition principles
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems or photonics
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex theories into practical solutions
