Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Develop advanced error mitigation techniques to enhance qubit coherence and gate fidelity

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize software-hardware interfaces

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development and simulation experience
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and high-performance computing frameworks
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
