Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems

- Secure and manage research grants from federal and private institutions
- Mentor junior researchers and drive lab-wide innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
- Published work in quantum algorithm development or hardware design
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational theory
- Demonstrated ability to secure competitive research funding
- Experience with high-performance computing environments
