Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures for enterprise clients
- Develop quantum algorithms solving complex optimization problems in finance, logistics, and AI
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and business strategists
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to future computational threats
- Translate quantum research findings into commercializable IP portfolios
- Represent company at global quantum summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
