Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for industrial-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum error correction protocols and cryogenic systems
- Optimize quantum-classical hybrid workflows for enterprise clients in finance, pharmaceuticals, and AI
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum materials and superconducting qubit stabilization
- Establish industry standards for quantum security protocols and quantum-safe encryption

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 8+ years experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm implementation
- Deep knowledge of cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals or equivalent quantum computing patents
