Responsibilities
- Architect and prototype low-latency interfaces between neural tissue and quantum processors.
- Develop and optimize quantum algorithms specifically for biological signal processing.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to refine user experience for brain-computer interfaces (BCI).
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of neural mapping software in simulated environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the company's technical roadmap.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computational Neuroscience, Quantum Physics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on high-performance computing (HPC).
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or advanced neural network libraries (e.g., PyTorch).
- Deep understanding of signal processing and machine learning optimization.
