Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems integrating photonic, superconducting, and trapped-ion technologies
- Design fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols for industrial-scale deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating theoretical quantum advantage into practical solutions
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Drive innovation in quantum cloud service architecture and API development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum error correction
- Mastery of quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures and decoherence mitigation
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
