Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-inspired user research protocols leveraging predictive modeling and behavioral analytics
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing adaptive interfaces for next-gen AI and quantum computing platforms
- Establish neuro-UX frameworks integrating EEG, fNIRS, and biometric feedback systems
- Develop patent-pending cognitive load optimization algorithms for complex data visualization
- Create strategic roadmaps for human-centered AI integration in enterprise ecosystems
- Present research findings to C-suite executives and industry thought leaders at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field with 8+ years UX research experience
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and their application to human cognition modeling
- Proven track record of leading research teams in AI/neurotechnology integration projects
- Proficiency in advanced statistical modeling (Bayesian networks, Markov Chain Monte Carlo)
- Published research in top-tier HCI journals on predictive user behavior modeling
