Responsibilities

- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous code quality standards and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- System Optimization: Continuously refine our core infrastructure to reduce latency and improve throughput for global users.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical requirements into clear business value for executive leadership and product teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate emerging trends (AI, Edge Computing) and integrate them into existing ecosystems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving critical infrastructure challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
