Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation portfolios with long-term business objectives
- Present futures research findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech implications
- Guide R&D investment decisions based on future market simulations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or innovation management
- Proven expertise in futures research methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (AGI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis and predictive modeling tools
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) preferred
