Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design for the 2026 platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define technical standards, coding practices, and governance frameworks for the engineering team.
- Drive architectural decisions regarding cloud infrastructure, microservices, and data streaming.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and security.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical architecture reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Mentor junior architects and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and scalability bottlenecks before they impact production.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven experience designing high-availability, distributed systems at scale.
- Expertise in modern programming languages (Python, Go, or Java) and data processing frameworks.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and integration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
