Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the year 2026, aligning engineering goals with long-term business vision.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of integrating next-generation AI models and autonomous agents.
- Conduct risk assessments and feasibility studies for emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, IoT 5.0).
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to prototype and validate future concepts.
- Establish governance frameworks for data security and privacy in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
- Act as a strategic consultant to executive leadership, translating complex technical trends into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system engineering, or technical product management.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects with a focus on long-term scalability and innovation.
- Familiarity with predictive analytics, machine learning pipelines, and future-tech trends.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and drive technical excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
