Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies, including AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing, to identify viable integration opportunities.
- Lead cross-departmental workshops to gather requirements and translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategic plans.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to proactively adjust our technological direction.
- Communicate complex strategic initiatives to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and buy-in.
- Oversee the pilot programs and proof-of-concept phases for new technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical leadership within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of defining successful long-term roadmaps and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and modern architectural patterns.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on future trends.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
