Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to outline the technical trajectory of the company leading up to and through the year 2026.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, resilient systems capable of handling next-generation computational loads and AI integration.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead the strategic migration of legacy codebases to modern microservices architectures.
- AI & ML Strategy: Integrate advanced AI models into core product workflows to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the technical bridge between product, engineering, and business development teams to ensure alignment.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security frameworks that anticipate future regulatory landscapes and cyber threats.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software architecture with a proven track record of planning for future technological shifts (e.g., the transition to 2026 standards).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and serverless architectures.
- AI Integration: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and how to integrate them into enterprise systems.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and mentor senior architects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on long-term scalability and sustainability.
