Qualifications

- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Proven track record scaling technology from lab to market
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing architectures (Qiskit, Cirq)
