Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance 2D rendering engines using the HTML5 Canvas API, SVG, and WebGL.
- Develop physics-based animations and interactive storytelling elements that enhance user engagement.
- Optimize rendering performance for complex graphics across various devices and screen sizes.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate creative concepts into precise technical implementations.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following modern JavaScript and TypeScript standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure technical excellence and best practices.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex graphical anomalies and performance bottlenecks in real-time.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D web graphics, animation, and interactive development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Expert knowledge of the HTML5 Canvas API and WebGL (Three.js or Pixi.js preferred).
- Deep understanding of math concepts relevant to 2D graphics, including vectors, matrices, and collision detection.
- Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Portfolio demonstrating advanced 2D animation and interactive web projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
