The Role
You will be responsible for building pixel-perfect, high-performance 2D graphics for our flagship products. We are looking for someone who doesn't just write code, but creates visual stories that resonate with millions of users.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance 2D graphics using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL.
- Optimize rendering pipelines to ensure smooth 60fps animations across all devices and browsers.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate complex visual concepts into clean, maintainable code.
- Create and maintain a robust library of 2D reusable components and animation utilities.
- Debug complex rendering issues and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- Ensure all 2D assets are responsive, accessible, and compliant with WCAG guidelines.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience developing 2D interactive web applications.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with Canvas API, WebGL, or graphics libraries such as PixiJS or Three.js.
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of performance optimization techniques and memory management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
