Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics for web, mobile, and interactive campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to ensure seamless visual integration.
- Manage the entire animation pipeline, from storyboarding and keyframing to final render and export.
- Optimize animation assets for performance and load times across various devices and browsers.
- Mentor junior designers and provide technical feedback to elevate the creative team's capabilities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate cutting-edge techniques into our standard workflows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design and animation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Cinema 4D.
- Strong understanding of timing, spacing, and motion principles.
- Excellent portfolio showcasing a diverse range of styles and commercial projects.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while meeting tight deadlines.
