Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance 2D web applications using HTML5, Canvas, SVG, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate static mockups into fluid, animated 2D interfaces.
- Optimize rendering performance for complex 2D graphics, ensuring 60fps animations on a variety of devices.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure 2D assets look perfect across all screen sizes.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex rendering issues and cross-browser compatibility challenges.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices for 2D graphics optimization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on 2D graphics and animations.
- Deep expertise in the HTML5 Canvas API, WebGL, and vector graphics (SVG/SMIL).
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or After Effects is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of browser performance optimization, memory management, and efficient DOM manipulation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
