Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize high-performance 2D interactive web applications using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL.
- Create complex 2D animations and transitions that enhance user engagement and storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate high-fidelity mockups into responsive, pixel-perfect 2D interfaces.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across all major devices and platforms.
- Optimize rendering performance to ensure smooth 60fps animations even with complex visual assets.
- Maintain and refactor existing codebases to improve scalability and maintainability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D web development, animation, or graphics programming.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less).
- Deep understanding of the Canvas API, SVG manipulation, and 2D vector graphics.
- Experience with animation libraries such as GSAP, Anime.js, or Pixi.js.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong grasp of computer graphics principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related technical field.
