Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and implement scalable architectures for autonomous AI agents, focusing on long-term viability and the 2026 roadmap.
- System Optimization: Optimize LLM inference pipelines and memory management to ensure high-speed decision-making capabilities.
- Agent Orchestration: Build complex workflows and orchestration layers (e.g., using LangChain, AutoGen) to enable multi-agent collaboration.
- R&D Leadership: Research and prototype emerging AI paradigms, specifically focusing on reasoning, planning, and self-correction in agents.
- Security & Safety: Implement guardrails, ethical constraints, and safety protocols to ensure AI outputs align with company values and regulatory standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Machine Learning, NLP, or AI Agents.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Deep understanding of LLMs (GPT-4, Llama 3, Claude).
- Frameworks: Strong experience with agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel).
- System Design: Demonstrated ability to design high-concurrency, distributed systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Mindset: A forward-thinking mindset with a strong interest in the trends and technologies predicted for 2026.
