Job Description
We are building the Autonomous AI Infrastructure for the year 2026. As a Senior AI Architect at Nexus Horizon Labs, you will lead the charge in designing and deploying self-improving agent systems that redefine human-machine interaction. We are looking for a visionary engineer who understands the transition from Generative AI to Agentic AI.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade software engineering. You will architect systems capable of autonomous decision-making, complex reasoning, and multi-agent collaboration. Join us in shaping the future of intelligent automation.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Agentic AI workflows capable of autonomous task execution.
- Lead the design of large-scale neural network infrastructures optimized for 2026 performance benchmarks.
- Integrate multi-modal data streams to enhance agent perception and reasoning capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the roadmap for next-generation AI agents.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize inference latency and reduce computational costs for high-volume AI deployments.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating and implementing cutting-edge methodologies.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 4+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in LLMs (Large Language Models), Transformer architectures, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience designing systems with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex research papers into production-ready code.
