As a Senior Agentic AI Engineer at 2026, you won't just write code; you will define the architectural paradigms of the year 2026 and beyond. You will work directly with our research team to bridge the gap between cutting-edge LLM capabilities and scalable, production-grade software systems.
Responsibilities
- Design & Build: Architect and implement scalable Agentic AI workflows and autonomous agents using Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Model Optimization: Optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific domain tasks, ensuring high accuracy, reasoning capabilities, and low latency.
- Infrastructure: Build robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to enhance model knowledge bases and reduce hallucinations.
- Deployment: Deploy and maintain AI models on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) ensuring high availability and security.
- Research: Conduct research to identify new AI methodologies and implement them into the core technology stack.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a specific focus on AI/ML or NLP.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack.
- Deep Learning: Strong understanding of deep learning principles and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Production Ready: Proven track record of deploying complex AI models into production environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
