Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for autonomous AI agents using Python, Rust, and C++.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) with real-time data streams to create adaptive agents.
- Optimize inference latency and model accuracy for edge and cloud deployment environments.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to define the 2026 AI product roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI safety and ethical deployment.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of agent behaviors in simulated environments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA), and RAG architectures.
- Experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Proven track record of shipping high-performance, production-grade code.
