Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines.
- Oversee the deployment of large language models (LLMs) and computer vision systems across cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to identify emerging AI trends and integrate them into our product roadmap.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and resource utilization for production environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems with high availability and scalability.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive technical vision and manage stakeholder expectations.
