Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and AI systems from the ground up.
- Lead a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with product management to define AI strategy and roadmap.
- Research and integrate the latest advancements in Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance across all AI infrastructure.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technical projects.
- Strong background in statistics, data modeling, and algorithm development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
