Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the implementation of enterprise-grade AI solutions for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the research and integration of next-generation Generative AI models (e.g., GPT-5, Claude 4 equivalents).
- Design secure and scalable data pipelines to support real-time AI inference.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to determine their viability for our strategic product lines.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven experience designing systems that handle high-scale, low-latency workloads.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, model deployment strategies, and ethical AI guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
