Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI models designed for the 2026 consumer and enterprise landscape.
- Lead research initiatives in Spatial Computing and Neural Interfaces to enhance human-computer interaction.
- Design quantum-resistant encryption protocols and high-performance data pipelines.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into feasible, market-ready software solutions.
- Optimize system latency and ensure 99.99% uptime for critical AI workloads.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern cloud-native architecture (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal AI systems.
- Experience with next-gen hardware integration, including AR/VR spatial tracking and sensor fusion.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and data privacy regulations.
