Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning systems and microservices.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel algorithms for NLP, Computer Vision, or Predictive Analytics.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists on best practices for model training and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize existing AI models for performance, latency, and cost efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the AI landscape and integrate relevant technologies into our stack.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices are upheld across all projects.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience designing and implementing production-level AI/ML systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and model versioning (MLflow, Sagemaker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
