Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term vision for AI technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and infrastructure capable of handling massive datasets.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging AI trends and technologies to integrate cutting-edge solutions into our product ecosystem.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical architectures.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research projects that explore the frontiers of Generative AI and Neural Networks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
