Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data for 2026 enterprise requirements.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and optimization of Generative AI models, focusing on reducing latency and improving inference accuracy.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate hybrid quantum-classical algorithms into our existing neural networks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Scalability: Oversee the deployment of AI models into production environments using containerization and microservices architectures.
- Ethical AI: Establish guidelines and frameworks to ensure AI systems are unbiased, transparent, and safe for widespread deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and AI system architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Deep Learning frameworks.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience designing infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure, including Kubernetes and serverless computing.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
