Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Lead the design and implementation of proprietary deep learning models and integration strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the AI team.
- Collaborate closely with product managers to translate high-level business requirements into robust technical blueprints.
- Ensure data governance, privacy compliance, and ethical AI standards across all projects.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams to deliver complex, production-grade projects on strict timelines.
