Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of our core AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and resilience for 2026 workloads.
- Define and drive the technical vision for the 2026 Horizon project, aligning engineering efforts with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into production environments.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and deployment pipelines.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide the technical career growth of the team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong background in system design, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
