Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers, data scientists, and researchers to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Define the technical roadmap and architectural standards for our 2026 product releases.
- Optimize machine learning algorithms for edge computing environments and real-time processing.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate abstract concepts into concrete, deployable code.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical compliance across all AI models.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct technical reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with quantum computing principles is a significant plus.
