- Quantum-Ready Systems: Bridge the gap between classical machine learning and emerging quantum computing paradigms to ensure future-proof infrastructure.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous frameworks for algorithmic bias, transparency, and responsible AI deployment.
- System Optimization: Architect distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data streams with zero-latency inference.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, critical thinking, and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Foundational Expertise: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Neuroscience, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI development, with at least 4 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep mastery of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Algorithmic Mastery: Proven track record of developing novel algorithms for natural language processing, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to anticipate technological trends and integrate them into long-term product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
